Are You Intrigued?

We here at Troop 336 would absolutely LOVE for you to come join us for a meeting. Our troop is always looking to grow and you can help us with that. Please send us an email to let us know you are interested in joining us! Our troop meets most Wednesday evenings at Long Valley Presbyterian Church (LVPC). At meetings, we learn new skills as a group and we develop into better scouts. We will use these skills on campouts and day trips. Some of the things our troop has done includes, a monthly campout at a BSA camp, cooking competitions, horse care and horseback riding, canoeing, picking up trees to be recycled, cleaning up our church's grounds, and so much more. Please email us at troop336lv@gmail.com to get more information and be added to our weekly emails.

What Can Parents expect?

As a scout parent, you can expect your child to begin learning and growing with us right away. you can also expect them to be added to a patrol within our troop. This patrol will be filled with other scouts their age and they will be guided by their youth leaders. Eventually, as your child gains scouting experience, they will begin to advance in scouting's ranks and may even become one of the leaders in their troop. Because scouting is youth-led, your child ill be able to make decisions for their troop.
